Our Mobile Support Team has identified an issue related to Salesforce Summer 19 that is impacting ServiceMax Go in specific circumstances. When ‘Contact’ is included in the Download Criteria or Advanced Download Criteria in the ServiceMax Setup Mobile Configuration, sync will fail to complete.
To resolve this issue an update of the ServiceMax package to the latest patch version will be required. The latest patches available with this update are: 18.20000.71, 18.30000.52, 19.10000.40.
If you are using ServiceMax Go and are including ‘Contacts’ in your download criteria, please log an upgrade case with ServiceMax Support. If you are on one of the latest versions identified above, then no action is required.
