Please be advised that ServiceMax will be performing scheduled Asset 360 Maintenance on all Sandboxes that reside on Salesforce Hyperforce instances starting with DEU, GBR, ITA, and SWE (for example, DEU20S, ITA2S, and SWE30S). This will involve the upgrade of the Managed Package on the Sandbox orgs to the latest release of A360 26R1 (v14.0), including new features and latest security fixes.

The upgrade maintenance will begin on Thursday, March 12 at 12:00 PM UTC and is expected to take between 60 – 90 minutes. As per Salesforce general guidelines, we recommend that customers do not carry out any other deployments during this time.
