Asset 360 26R2 (v15.0) Scheduled Production Push Upgrade

Please be advised that ServiceMax will be performing a scheduled Asset 360 Push Upgrade on all Production Orgs and any Sandboxes that haven’t been upgraded yet for all customers.

This will involve the upgrade of the Managed Package on these Orgs to v15, including new features and latest security fixes for the new release.

The upgrade maintenance will begin on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 4:00 AM UTC and is expected to take between 60 – 90 minutes. As per Salesforce general guidelines, we recommend that customers do not carry out any other deployments during this time.
