This is a reminder that ServiceMax will be performing a scheduled Asset 360 Push Upgrade on all Production Orgs and any Sandboxes that haven’t been upgraded yet for all customers (see https://support.ptc.com/help/servicemax_asset360/en/#page/articles/servicemax-asset-360-release-notes/releases.html# for more details).

This will involve the upgrade of the Managed Package on these Orgs to v12.100.1, including new features and latest security fixes for the new release.

The upgrade maintenance will begin on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 11:00 PM UTC and is expected to take between 60 – 90 minutes. As per Salesforce general guidelines, we recommend that customers do not carry out any other deployments during this time.
