On Wednesday October 3rd ServiceMax Support Operations will be converting our current Salesforce knowledge base from classic to lighting. Starting at 5am EST, the knowledge base within the Customer Support Portal will be impacted. It is recommended that all knowledge searches be conducted in the ServiceMax Customer Community. We anticipate that the knowledge base will be fully operational again on Thursday October 4th.
